Company History
BCI Engineers & Scientists, Inc. was founded in the mid 1970s by former Massachusetts Institute of Technology professor, Dr. Leslie G. Bromwell, P.E. Initially the corporation focused its efforts in the geotechnical and environmental engineering arena. Over the last 25 years, BCI has expanded its client base and service areas and is now a multidiscipline consulting firm.
